Great time with family
We had a great time at the property. The two minor issues (faulty faucet and dead bird in pool) were handled the same day by Corbin. Sunny was very responsive leading up to our stay. The property was lovely, clean and more space than we needed. If we vacation in Destin again, we’re will surely use this property.

Absolutely perfect house. Steps from beach. A couple miles from Miramar Beach/Destin’s best golf courses. Great amenities. Sunny and Corbin were terrific. Would definitely stay again.

AMAZING
my wife and I were celebrating our 50th anniversary. we brought all the kids, Wifes and grandbabies down for a week. This house was perfect for the 18 of us. never did anyone feel cramped. Steps from the beach. great view from 3rd floor. Pool was fantastic. grandkids were in from morning till evening. Golf cart was an added bonus. WOW WOW WOW. Highly recommend. Sunny and Corbin were great hosts they replied immediately when I had questions

Sunny Serenity truly lived up to its name for our week at the beach. The property is better than the photos and we all loved the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The house was very clean and provided all the necessary kitchen items needed and a very large pantry. The location is perfect for easy and quick access to the beach and the complimentary umbrella and chair set up was ideally located. We all enjoyed the pool and backyard with artificial turf (excellent idea) and the outdoor TV was a bonus as the grandkids loved watching an outdoor movie there. The electric golf cart included was also a big hit for runs to the ice cream shop. The ocean view and breezes were wonderful on the third-floor balcony where everyone found it great for early morning coffee, lunch and dinner. We look forward to coming back!

Our family had the best time at the Sunny Serenity beach house! We rented during fall break and the house met every expectation that we had. We have been coming to Destin for years and will definitely come back to this house! The home was spacious and very clean. It was steps away from the beach and easy to get to. The outdoor space was great for entertaining with a big screen TV, grill, pool and hot-tub! Our family also enjoyed the pool table and video games. We made great memories and can’t wait to come back! Oh and this house also comes with an ice machine in the kitchen making it a 10/10!
Just steps to the beach
This was an amazing house for a family get together! I was impressed and I organize a lot for large groups. The customer service and communication was outstanding! The location was quiet but close to everything. If I had a question it was answered immediately! I would stay here again and again! Wonderful house and exceptional host!

This place is perfect in every way!!! Stunning, spacious, and pristine. We have a very large family and had plenty of space. We can’t wait to come back for a visit!
Fabulous
We stayed at Sunny's place for spring break. Our family of 14 had a fabulous time. This home is amazing and had everything you want and need: spotlessly clean, plenty of rooms/beds/ bathrooms, large clean pool and hottub, great outdoor space, awesome location to the beach and shopping, access to a golf cart and billiards and video games. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The owner and maintenance are very accessible with great communication. We had a slight issue with the elevator but they promptly responded and corrected it. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will be back when we Destin and I highly recommend Sunny's place!
The Best Vacation Ever!!!!
When I say these were the best Host Ever, I mean just that. We were here for my daughters graduation surprise. my grandkids love the fact that they could swim and play golf at the same time. The house was way beyond our expectations!!! Simply beautiful, location was everything, but I wanted to say thank you my host, they were attentive to anything and everything. They made sure everything was perfect for our time in their home. So if you book here be prepared to be pampered. I pray that we are able to stay here again and again...if you want beautiful memories this is the place to make them. Thank you so much for having us in your home.
